Process Steps For Anti-Corrosion Of Helical Dead End

1. Firstly remove the dirt on the surface of the Helical Dead End , and then uniformly coat a surface of the electric power fitting with a coating for increasing the toughness and flexibility of the fitting;

2. Coating a layer of epoxy resin on the fitting, and laying a layer of glass cloth before the epoxy resin is solidified;

3. Apply two layers of epoxy resin on the surface of the glass cloth with the glass cloth. After the two layers of epoxy resin are solidified, apply three layers of epoxy resin and lay two layers of glass cloth before the three layers of epoxy resin are solidified. Four layers of epoxy were then applied to the two layers of glass cloth. One or more layers of epoxy resin are continued to be applied over the fourth layer of epoxy. One or more layers of epoxy resin are continued to be applied over the second layer of epoxy. The anti-corrosion fittings include: a flexible layer layer-by-layer coated on the metal fitting, a coated epoxy layer, a layer of glass cloth laid, and a coated two-layer epoxy resin. A three-layer epoxy resin layered on a two-layer epoxy resin, a two-layer glass cloth laid, and a four-layer epoxy resin coated. The anti-corrosion power fittings manufactured by the new method have the advantages of corrosion resistance, good insulation performance, good mechanical load bearing, flexibility and toughness.
