1. Lightning impulse discharge test:

After the Preformed Dead End is installed according to the state of use, it is detected whether the flashover is on the arc-proof electrode of the clip under the lightning impulse, and whether the power frequency arc path can be effectively located.

2. Power frequency arc test:

After the Small Suspension Clamp for ADSS is installed according to the state, it can be checked whether the power-frequency free-running arc root after the lightning strike flash can be fixed on the arc-proof electrode, the degree of burn-resistance of the arc-resistant electrode and whether the wire can be effectively protected from burns.

3, the connection resistance of the clamp:

After the clamp is installed, the connection resistance must not be greater than 1.2 times that of the same length of wire.

4. Damage to the wire:

After the clamp is installed, the breaking force of the wire shall not be less than 95% of the specified breaking force of the wire.

5. Flame retardancy of insulated passports:

In the power frequency arc test, the insulation protector should not ignite and expand the combustion range.

The advantage of overhead insulated wires is different from that of ordinary overhead wires. The application value is more and more obvious. It is more and more common to replace the overhead bare wires with overhead insulated wires.
