In order to motivate employees, HENVCON implemented the quarterly performance PK competition system, every three months for a quarter,the top three winner teams will be rewarded with bonuses as an incentive.
After intense competition, HENVCON ’s the first quarter performance PK competition has been successfully concluded. Excellent teams were rewarded with general bonuses.In this fierce competition, each teams showed excellent teamwork spirit and excellent execution, which contributed to the development of the company.
We hereby announce the winning teams:
First place: The Power Grid Department, with outstanding performance, won the championship of this competition and received a generous prize in recognition of their efforts and contributions.
